Paleo carrot cake cupcakes
Peel and shred:
• 3-4 large carrots {3 cups shredded carrots}
In a bowl mix together:
• shredded carrots
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup honey
Put Saran wrap on the bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for an hour.
In a large bowl mix together:
• 5 beaten eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup
Add:
• 4 chopped up dates
• 1/2 cup raisins
•1/4 cup slivered or chopped up almonds
• 1/4 cup coconut shreds
In a separate bowl sift together:
• 3 Tbsp coconut flour
• 6 Tbsp almond flour
• 1 Tbsp cinnamon
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
Frosting, simply cream cheese and honey to the tasting of your choice!
My great grandma’s basic sugar cookies
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1.5teas baking powder
Half teas salt
1 cup butter
1 egg
3 tblsp whipping cream
1 teas vanilla
White chocolate covered pretzels
Just heated up the white chocolate over the stove and dipped pretzels in.
And lastly, paleo almond butter cookies
1 C. Raw almond butter
1/2 C. Raw Honey
1 large Egg, slightly beaten
1 TSP. Vanilla
1/4 C. Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
Sea Salt-for sprinkling!
Ground beef lettuce wraps with apple slices. Added to the ground beef, was fish sauce, soy sauce, and various seasonings, pairing it with apples gave it a crisp sweet kick!
Polka dots and denim work very well with each other, matching top with shoes blends any patten that’s put in the middle.
Crocheted blanket I did, simple 3 stitch zig zag with 1/4 wool yarn, extremely soft!
Bubble skirts are very form fitting for those that feel they have no curves, put over a tight shirt, they slim in your waist and make nice hips appear out of thin air.
Halloween Graveyard Cupcakes
My halloween themed cupcakes were so much fun but definitely took some time in the kitchen, used simple chocolate cupcake recipe and frosting recipe. Melted down marshmallows and dyed them red, added it after being in oven. Made tombstones out of almond bark or white chocolate!
Pumpkin Ginger Spice Cupcakes
Perfect for a thanksgiving potluck at my work, a huge hit!
3/4 cup butter, softened
2-1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup buttermilk
FROSTING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
